Privacy Notice
This notice describes what this website collects, why, where it is stored and how to ask us to remove it. It reflects how the site is actually configured.
We collect information only when you choose to send it through the enquiry form or by email. The enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, and a description of your requirement. It optionally asks for your company or organisation, country or destination, phone or WhatsApp number, area of interest and subject. You may also attach a document such as a specification sheet.
We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics on this site. No account registration is available and no payment information is collected.
To read your enquiry, route it to the relevant department and reply. Nothing more. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry information for marketing.
Enquiries are stored in this website database on a server located in Germany, and a notification is sent to the relevant Reyhan address at reyhan.tech. Email delivery and forwarding pass through our email providers. Uploaded attachments are stored outside the public media library.
Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for commercial follow-up. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to operate, such as a session cookie when an administrator signs in, and a cookie that records a submitted form so it is not sent twice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies at present. If measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated and a consent choice will be provided before any non-essential cookie is set.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@reyhan.tech and tell us which enquiry you are referring to.
Please do not send patient information, personal health data or anything confidential that does not belong to you. If a requirement involves sensitive material, describe it in general terms and we will agree a secure route first.
If how we handle enquiry information changes, this page changes with it. The date below records the current version.
